That's correct! According to Christopher Stolee, Apple announced late Thursday that the line has been drawn in the virtual sand. All following app submissions and updates to existing apps must be compliant with iPhone 3.0 yada yada yada. Too bad for the developers who had apps 99.9% ready to go.
